Minimis is an automated Debt Recovery System that supports the collection process through the Courts including the Northampton CCBC service. The system is flexible and can be tailored to suit a wide variety of collection environments, from an organisation geared to collecting their own debts through to a specialist Debt Collection Agency operating on behalf of a large number of clients.

Minimis produces all the necessary documentation for an individual claim, from the "letter before action" through to the various means of enforcement including Warrant of Execution, Attachment of Earnings and Garnishee Orders. At any time when payment terms have been agreed, Minimis manages the collection process through to final payment by the debtor.

In addition, the system includes:-

• issue of proceedings against a limited company, firm or individuals
• consolidation of multiple invoices into a single claim
• an index of all County Court addresses
• automatic calculation of interest to Claim and to Judgment
• the production of all relevant documentation including court forms, letters, cheque requests and reminders via a seamless interface with MS Word or WordPerfect
• the archiving of completed matters
