Contact Management Project - One Stop Estates Ltd

One Stop Estates, a Property Management Agency based in the South East were struggling to maintain their contact details. Their landlord, tenant, contractor, and property records were not centrally located and managed which resulted in struggling to co-ordinate inter-office activities as well as keep track of their current financial position.

They realised that for their business to succeed and for the company to grow that they needed to address these issues. After assessing various options, the company decided that a bespoke property management system that would automate all the agency operations and address the management requirements was the solution.

SoftDesign, as experts in designing bespoke software solutions were the obvious choice. In conjunction with One Stop Estates, we worked on producing a system to fulfil their requirements. The integrated system is using VB forms on SQL Server, the user interface was designed to enhance the user experience making it easy to produce, file and retrieve documents and manage contact and tenant details. The system was completed ahead of schedule and on budget.
