Office Move and Merger - Vizards Wyeth

When Vizards Staples and Bannisters (VSB) and A.E. Wyeth (AEW) merged to form Vizards Wyeth (VW) they had the enormous task of consolidating the four VSB London offices and the three AEW Dartford offices into one office at each location.

The technological and telephony implications of this move were substantial and VW knew they needed an expert to advise and co-ordinate the merger.
SoftDesign were given the task of project managing the office relocations as well as redesigning, merging and optimising the new IT and telephony infrastructure.

This highly technical and challenging project was successfully managed and implemented to VW's tight deadlines with minimal disruption to users.
